Get ready for an unforgettable finish to the season for the 2017s in the Entertainment Capital of the World! The Kings of Vegas (KOV) is a “must attend” event known for hosting the deepest competition of the year. It’s the ultimate destination for fun and top-tier hockey action.

In 2025 the 12-year-old Next Gen Series event, formerly held in Los Angeles (SoCal Freeze Out) relocated to Vegas so the KOV will host the 9-year-old event and the 12-year-old event.

The 2026 KOV will feature the 2017 Elite, 2017 AAA and 2014 divisions.

Non-Cwench Next Gen Series members registering for Elite divisions require tournament approval. If not approved, the registration deposit will be refunded. AAA division registration is unrestricted and requires no pre-approval.

Format

Five-game guarantee
Three, 15-minute periods + OT
Games start Tuesday morning. Teams/families can arrive anytime on Monday.
Championship game is scheduled for 3:30 PM* on Friday.

*The championship game could start 30 minutes earlier or later depending on the final schedule the rink provides.

Hotel Information

The Kings of Vegas has partnered with New York New York and the Bellagio to provide attendees/teams with the best available hotel rates and a smooth booking experience. Our event is a “stay to play” event and a good working relationship with hotels is critical for its long-term success.

For this reason, teams and attendees traveling from out of town must book their rooms through the links below to ensure that our room blocks are utilized.

Teams can choose to find hotels on their own. Teams that do not use a tournament host hotel will be billed $995.
