Boston is often referred to as the “Hub” because it was considered the “Hub of the Universe.” This nickname is particularly fitting when you think of Boston as the hub of the college hockey universe. The city is home to prestigious hockey programs at Boston College, Boston University, Harvard, and Northeastern, as well as U-Mass Lowell, Providence, Merrimack, Bentley, Brown, and Holy Cross within a 45-mile radius. During the BASH, players, teams, and families have the unique opportunity to visit these schools.
While away from the rink, they can also catch a Red Sox, Bruins, or Celtics game or explore Boston’s many historic neighborhoods, such as the North End, the Back Bay, Beacon Hill, and the Fenway. There’s no better time to experience all the “Hub” offers than in May.
Non-Cwench Next Gen Series members registering for Elite divisions require tournament approval. If not approved, the registration deposit will be refunded. AAA division registration is unrestricted and requires no pre-approval.
